Creative product photography is often requested by clients who require a specific feel to the final images that they will be using. To satisfy these more creative briefs the project work is a balance of creative photography techniques combined with digital effects applied during post-processing.
Carthy's Country Cream photo shoot details
The examples below are from a project with a drinks manufacturer who had a very specific brief for the 'look and feel' of the images to be used in the advertising of the Carthy's Country Cream. The rustic touch balanced with an Instagram feel was achieved with background panelling and an antique table surface. The lighting was a mixture of side lighting and background spot lighting to make the bottle and glasses stand out. Finally, the Instagram effect was achieved through the application of filter work in Photoshop.
Studio white background shots (scroll down to bottom of the examples) were also required for trade marketing and website use.
