Location photo shoots have a degree of complexity so when this Yorkshire 'forced' rhubarb shoot was arranged with a local chef at a rhubarb farm there were a few things to work around! Firstly the rhubarb is grown in the dark! and secondly available space to setup kit was very limited without damaging the crop!

The examples below were used to promote the use of the rhubarb in a range of seasonally inspired restaurant dishes.
